FC Barcelona legend Andres Iniesta reveals Premier League star he'd 'like to have on his team for years'

The Spanish midfielder has played with some of the greats of football including the likes of Lionel Messi, Xavi, Xabi Alonso, to name but a few...

But this hasn't stopped the technically gifted playmaker from admiring talent away from Spain and LaLiga since his switch to Vissel Kobe in the J-League.

That is because he has cited France and Chelsea work-horse N'Golo Kante as the player he would have liked to have played with.

The Frenchman burst onto the scene with Leicester in their title-winning season and then moved on to the Blues.

Since then he has won a second Premier League title and the 2018 FIFA World Cup within his meteoric rise.

"He's not going to come to Japan, but he's definitely a player I love because of the work he does on the field and the confidence he has in his game.

"His mastery makes him the centrepiece of Chelsea and the France national team."
