West Ham United are believed to be in talks to sign the Englishman, with United thought to have put a price tag of more than £15 million (about R353 million) on the right-back.
According to Aouna, the two sides have reached an agreement for that deal, and all that is left now is for the Hammers to settle on personal terms with Wan-Bissaka, who has made 190 appearances for the Manchester club to date.
Earlier reports indicated that the former Crystal Palace star had rejected overtures from the London side, but it has been suggested that talks between the two parties have recommenced since.
Mazraoui, meanwhile, would be the Red Devils' third signing of the current transfer window should that signing be completed, following the arrivals of attacker Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna and centre-back Leny Yoro from LOSC Lille.
