It has been claimed that Manchester United outcast Mason Greenwood has previously made some shocking comments about Cristiano Ronaldo.
It appears the one-capped England international has exhibited a number of disciplinary issues in the past, although none as serious as the charges of attempted rape, assault, and coercive control that were levelled against him last year, although those were been dropped at the beginning of February.

With the player currently suspended by his club pending an internal investigation, speculation around his future and details of his life continue to emerge.
According to The Athletic, Greenwood caused a stir a number of times during his days in the United academy, and not for good reasons. On one particular occasion referred to Ronaldo as "dead" when the Portugal superstar was at Real Madrid, which is said to have implied that the five-time Ballon d'Or winner's career was over, and was told by United chiefs to "tone down his language" as a result.
While it is unknown as to whether or not the 38-year-old eventually find out about that remark, the pair would became teammates in 2021 when Ronaldo returned for a second spell at the Red Devils, and throughout the season that followed, there were reports of fractures in their relationship.
The Portuguese superstar would go on to slam the youngsters at Old Trafford during his now-infamous interview with Piers Morgan in November last year, with Greenwood believed to be among those he was referring to.
"It's a little bit [of a] shame [young players don't follow] because if they have the best examples in front of their eyes, and if they don't at least copy what you did, for me it's kind of weird, because I remember when I was 18, 19, 20, I always looked to see the best players when [Ruud[ van Nistelrooy, [Rio] Ferdinand, Roy Keane, and [Ryan] Giggs – this is why I have the success that I have and longevity," Ronaldo said at the time.
"They don't care [about playing with me], some yes but most of them no. But for me it's not surprising because they're not going to have longevity [in their] careers. It's impossible."

Greenwood, meanwhile, is also said to have had a habit of talking down to his teammates during his time in the academy, with a source revealing: "He knew he was a good player and was cutting, he wasn't shy about telling someone they were s***."
