Report: Antonio Conte to raid Chelsea for three players

Inter Milan manager Antonio Conte is reportedly planning to raid his former club Chelsea for three players in the January transfer window.

Conte has been brought in number of players in the past year as he looks to put Inter back among the top sides in Serie A.

Football Italia have now reported that Conte is looking to secure the services of Oliver Giroud, Marcos Alonso and Emerson Palmieri in January.

Giroud signed a new deal recently, but is below Timo Werner and Tammy Abraham in the pecking order at Stamford Bridge.

Alonso and Emerson have found themselves in a similar predicament to Giroud, as Ben Chilwell has taken the number one left-back spot for the Blues.

Alonso's last game for the Blues was in the 3-3 draw with West Bromwich Albion, where he was hauled off at the halftime and given a reported tongue-lashing by Lampard for his display.

Conte has already bolstered his squad with a number of former Premier League players, including Romelu Lukaku, Ashley Young and Christian Eriksen, Aleksander Kolarov and Matteo Darmian.
