Confirmed Line-Ups: UEFA Champions League, Juventus vs Real Madrid

In a repeat of last season's final in Cardiff, the Serie A leaders take on Zinedine Zidane's side, who are eyeing their third successive European crown to save face this season.

Despite Los Blancos' domestic troubles, Juve boss Massimo Allegri concedes they remain overwhelming favourites for the title.

"We need to play like we did in the first half in Cardiff, but to maintain that level throughout the tie," he told reporters, as quoted by BBC. "We are taking on the Champions League favourites. To knock them out would be a feather in our cap."

In the first-leg at the Juventus Stadium, club-record signing Higuain will be a key figure if the Italian giants are to progress, but he will need to outshine and outscore a five-time Ballon d'Or winner to achieve this feat.

Juventus are without Morocco defender Medhi Benatia and midfielder Miralem Pjanic through suspension while Ronaldo makes an expected return to Real's starting XI after being rested for last Saturday's 3-0 La Liga win at Las Palmas.

Juventus: Buffon; De Sciglio, Barzagli, Chiellini, Asamoah; Khedira, Bentancur; Douglas Costa, Dybala, Alex Sandro; Higuain.
