The draw for the new UEFA Champions League League Phase has been confirmed.
The 2024/25 season will begin a new era as the tournament will have 36 teams in the league phase, four more than the regular 32.
UEFA have confirmed that the group stage format will see teams facing face fixtures against eight different teams, with the home and away format in the group no longer taking place.
The League Phase will now replace the group stage, with teams playing eight matches against eight different teams to secure their spot in the knockout round.
