With Manchester City having stretched their winless streak to six games, Pep Guardiola has explained why he appeared with bruises on his face following their draw against Feyenoord on Tuesday.
Guardiola's side will end the month of November without a single win, having lost five games in a row before their 3-3 stalemate with Feyenoord in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night.

Frustratingly for the reigning Premier League champions, they boasted a 3-0 lead for the majority of the match, but things took a turn in the 75th minute when the Dutch side began to claw their way back into the game to ensure a share of the spoils.
The frustration, however, seemed difficult to hide for Guardiola, as he explained that scratches on his face and head were self-inflicted after yet another disappointing result, according to Metro.
Speaking during his post-match conference about the blood on his nose, the Spaniard revealed how he got the wound: "With my finger, yeah, with my nail."
He then jokingly added: "I want to harm myself, yeah."
When asked about the negative reaction from the crowd at the Etihad, Guardiola said:"The last game against Tottenham the 0-4 [defeat] they were there supporting us, applauding. Of course, they are disappointed, we understand.
"People come here not to remember the success in the past. They come here today to see the team win and perform well.
"They support us all the time, when we go away the fans are amazing, they are completely right to express how they feel, absolutely."
Notably, City have now conceded at least two goals in six successive matches. The side's defence has also been porous, having shipped 17 goals in their last six games across all competitions.
