REVEALED | Kerr set for Swallows showdown talks

Swallows FC head coach Dylan Kerr has admitted to being fearful of being sacked as his position is believed to be hanging by a thread following a 4-0 drubbing to Golden Arrows.

Swallows are currently in position 14 and have managed only two wins in their first eight league encounters.

Kerr admits it might be over between him and the Soweto club after 5 pm today.

"When you pick a team you expect that team to do what you've asked of them, and when they make mistakes it comes back to the coach," Kerr tells KickOff.

"I've got a meeting at five o'clock, I don't know what's going to happen today.

"I don't know if the chairman is looking elsewhere, I don't know if the chairman is going to move on I don't know.

"The chairman phoned me after the game, he said 'I'm not happy to be losing.

"Like I said how we lost against Stellenbosch was a lot worse for me, because that was the worst team performance., and I couldn't understand why.

"As a coach, you have to make changes based on what you've seen during the week. Like I said against Arrows we were a lot better.

"My goalkeeper has considered 14 goals now, but you can only blame him for two of them.

"I was more disappointed with the performance against Stellenbosch than the performance against Golden Arrows.

"Unfortunately you make mistakes, two in a minute you get punished.

"Nobody likes losing but losing in the manner we do it's a frustrating part.

"There is more desire in training to win games and not to lose games than we are at training.

"We should be sitting realistically on 18 points right now. But we throwing games away.

"I'm not playing, I'm not making the mistakes on the field."
