Head coach Arthur Zwane lamented Kaizer Chiefs' missed chances that came back to "haunt" his side as the Soweto giants crashed out of the MTN8 at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Sunday.
Chiefs were frustrated by AmaZulu in a goalless draw that saw the home side advance to the MTN8 finals on away goals following a 1-1 first-leg draw at FNB Stadium.

The result sees Zwane's side extend their unwanted trophy drought that has stretched to an unprecedented seven years in the DStv Premiership era.
"We know we could have done better," Zwane said post-match.
"Maybe playing on Wednesday as well, took a lot out of the boys. When you look at it also, AmaZulu were obviously going to come with those tactics of trying to slow the game down.
"It worked for them, but also the goal scoring opportunities we created back home in the first leg came back to haunt us as we had a lot of clear-cut chances.
"We could have instead have come here to Durban leading at least 3-1, but that came back to haunt us and if it was not meant to be, it was not meant to be.
"But I think the boys did their level best and we just needed to find the back of the net and we couldn't manage to do that.
"We'll learn from this situation and it will make us stronger going forward."
Chiefs next face a highly-anticipated Soweto derby clash against Orlando Pirates at Orlando Stadium on Saurday.
Kick-off is at 15:30.
