Bradley Grobler wakes up to lions in his backyard

SuperSport United star Bradley Grobler has taken to social media to reveal that lions were in his lodge's backyard. Check it out!

What Happened?

The striker has been in fine form in the 2022/23 season as he currently sits in second on the list of top goalscorers in the DStv Premiership with only Kaizer Chiefs' Bonfils Bimenyimana sitting above him. 

The 31-year-old is now enjoying a well deserved break ahead of what is expected to be a busy second half of the season and like most players, it is expected that the veteran will be enjoying the best holiday attractop

In a recent post on Instagram, Grobler to show how close he got to Lions as they casually strolled past his house.

While it is unconfirmed whether Grobler was in the home,  It appears that the incident took place at the Ubhuti Lodge which is owned by brothers Bradley and Michael Grobler. The self catering lodge is situated within Mjejane which falls into the Greater Kruger National Park.

Did you know?

According to Briefly, The honours received by SuperSport United's Grobler includes the Nedbank Cup in 2016 and 2017 plus the MTN 8 in 2017 and 2019.
