After leaving Qatar in order to be with his family following the recent burglary of his home, England star Raheem Sterling has reportedly revealed the one condition that would see him return to the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
It was confirmed on Sunday, ahead of before England's round of 16 clash with Senegal, that Sterling would play no part in the match due to a family matter.

After the fixture, it was revealed the Chelsea forward had left the team's camp in the Middle East due to a break-in at his London home while his fiancee and children were present inside the property.
Fortunately, none of them were harmed during the incident, but the player is believed to have lost about £300 000 (R6.8 million) worth of jewellery and watches to the thieves.
Upon his departure from Qatar, national team head coach Gareth Southgate said that Sterling would be given the time he needs to deal with the ordeal, and also admitted that he could not confirm whether or not he would return to the tournament.

The former Manchester City star, who featured in England's first two games at the tournament and registered a goal and an assist, is now said to have confirmed on what basis he would rejoin the Three Lions, who are set to take on reigning world champions France in the quarter-finals on Saturday, at the global showpiece.
A source told The Sun: "Raheem has told everyone, 'There is no way I'm going anywhere unless I'm 100% sure that my family can be kept safe.'
"He is security-conscious, and part of the reason they moved into the property was that it is on a very exclusive estate, with regular security patrols.
"Despite this, he has still managed to be targeted, which is very upsetting for Raheem and Paige [Milian, his fiancee]. They have just moved back to London and want to feel safe."
It is understood that the incident at the Sterling home has struck fear in some other England stars, with some having since instructed their security personnel to be on high alert around their properties.
