Ronaldo is expected to meet up with his teammates after the league encounter against against Al-Khaleej on Saturday night.

The five-time Ballon d'Or has spoken glowingly about the club's vision as he looks to bring success to the club.

"I'm thrilled for a new experience in a different league and a different country, the vision that Al Nassr has is very inspiring," said Ronaldo, as per CBS Sports.

"I'm very excited to join my teammates, and to help the team to achieve more success."

Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano has reported that the 37-year-old will take home close to €200m per year at the Saudi Arabian outfit.

The transfer window only opens on Sunday, which means Ronaldo would be eligible to make his Al-Nassr debut  on Thursday evening against Al-Ta'ee.

Al-Nassr, who are managed by Rudi Garcia, currently sit second in the Saudi Pro League standings, two points behind Al-Shabab.
