Rashford to be tempted with huge wages to leave the EPL?

Manchester United star Marcus Rashford will reportedly be offered huge wages by one of Europe's biggest clubs in a bid to lure him away from the Premier League.

The Englishman has been rejuvenated under new manager Erik ten Hag and striking coach Benni McCarthy this season, having scored 11 goals in his past 22 appearances for the club.

This is a big improvement on the winger's five strikes in the 2021/22 campaign.

Rashford's purple patch has led to a number of clubs reportedly showing interest in his services, including Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.

According to Calciomercatoweb, the French giants are now preparing a contract offer worth a massive €10 million (R180 million) a year to lure the England international to France.

Rashford's contract at Old Trafford is set to expire in 2024 after United recently exercised their option to extend his deal by a further year.

While it remains unconfirmed as to how much the Red Devils would demand for the in-form forward, PSG are reportedly looking to agree personal terms with the player before making an official bid.

The report adds that the Ligue 1 leaders will attempt to sign the pacy forward at the end of the season.
