After Ronaldo, Al Nassr's big offer to Barca star revealed?

The huge wages Cristiano Ronaldo's Al Nassr are ready to offer a certain FC Barcelona star to lure him to Saudi Arabia have reportedly been revealed.

The Middle Eastern club is currently flying high in the Saudi Pro League, sitting pretty in first place with 29 points from 12 games.

With the league title potentially in their reach, Al Nassr proceeded to splash the cash to bring Ronaldo on board.

Prior to the Portuguese forward being revealed as their newest star, though, it was claimed the club was also interested in signing Barca stalwart Sergio Busquets.

According to ESPN, Al Nassr are now ready to offer a huge package worth €13 million (R238 million) a year to Busquets in order to secure his services at the end of the season, when he will be a free agent after his contract in Catalonia expires.

Major League Soccer side Inter Miami have also been linked with a move for Busquets for a while now, but it is understood no agreement has been reached as yet.

The report adds that Busquets was considering leaving the Camp Nou this month, but decided not to after Blaugrana boss Xavi Hernandez pleaded with him to stay for another six months.

It has been claimed further that the central midfielder could yet get a new contract at Barca because they could struggle to sign an adequate replacement for him due their dire financial situation.

Earlier this month, Xavi gave an update on Busquets' situation at the Camp Nou.

"He has a contract until June and will stay until the end of that and then we will see," he told reporters, per Goal.

"[It will then depend] how he ends the season, but I think it's more of a personal decision for him, based on his feelings and how he feels on the pitch.

"For me, he is still important. We will try to convince him [to stay] if things go well, but it will depend on his personal decision."
