Orlando Pirates head coach Jose Riveiro was full of praise for upcoming opponents Mamelodi Sundowns as the two in-form teams prepare to lock horns on Saturday.
The Buccaneers are putting in the final preparations for a testing encounter against log-leaders Mamelodi Sundowns to be played at the Orlando Stadium on Saturday, and ahead of the thrilling encounter, Bucs coach Riveiro has weighed in on The Brazilians' form.
"Obviously, the level of the Sundowns players is so good, it's not by chance [that] their in a very good moment after 14 games in a row leading. It means they are doing things well in every department, not only on the field," Riveiro told journalists on Wednesday.
"We like to face those games, we like the level of the challenge and we always want to play against the better teams or the best teams in the championship because that's the way to improve.
"In that sense, it's going to demand from us our best version, from the players on the field and the coaches as well, in order to prepare better than the opponent."

Both teams go into the fixture on the back of a good run in form. Pirates will draw confidence from having won their last three games, while Sundowns will look to extend their record breaking 13-match winning streak, but Riveiro believes form will count for very little on the day.
"Both teams are going into the fixture with their own plan and their own identity and try to dictate their own plan it will be a question of who is better during those 90 minutes."
