English Premier League leaders Arsenal have just earned themselves a new fan and it is none other than one of Amapiano's hottest stars right now. Here's a look!
The story
The North London club are widely considered to be the favourites to clinch the Premier League title this season, which would be their first since their iconic 'Invincibles' generation that went the whole 2003/04 season without losing a single match.
Spirits are high for many of those supporting the side and it appears that they now just gained a prominent supporter in South Africa, as the relationship between international football and Amapiano continues.

It seems that Amapiano and football continue to cross paths. One of the first instances of this unique genre mixing with football came way back in 2019 when Kabza De Small DJ Maphorisa released a song called 'Lorch' featuring Semi Tee, Miano, and Kammu Dee.
The track referenced Orlando Pirates star Thembinkosi Lorch, who was undoubtedly at the peak of his powers at the time. Since then, international footballers have also gone on to recognise the genre, with England international Jesse Lingard asking Uncle Waffles to deejay at his party in 2022 and Paul Pogba jamming to some of the tunes on social media as well.
Former Liverpool player Daniel Sturridge was the latest overseas star to gush over the South African sound, as he tweeted the following:
