Marcus Rashford continued his superb form by netting twice in Manchester United's 3-0 victory over Leicester City on Sunday afternoon.
Following the draw with Barcelona, Erik ten Hag made five changes as Diogo Dalot, Lisandro Martinez, Marcel Sabitzer, Victor Lindelof and Alejandro Garnacho returned to the side.
The Foxes threatened the home side early on, with Harvey Barnes being denied by David De Gea while Kelechi Iheanacho saw his strike deflect wide inside the opening 10 minutes.
United were under pressure once again on 20 minutes when Iheanacho got on the end of a cross at the far post, but his header was superbly kept out by De Gea.
However, the home side got in front five minutes later when Marcus Rashford scored in his seventh straight home league game after being played in by Bruno Fernandes.
The Red Devils managed to carve out another good chance in the final eight minutes, but Dalot failed to hit the target in the box from Fernandes' inviting cross.
The woodwork came to Leicester's rescue after the break as Martinez saw his powerful header crash against the crossbar from Luke Shaw's free-kick.
The second goal did arrive three minutes before the hour mark as Rashford raced onto a pass from Fred before slotting home to complete his brace.
There was more to come from the home side, who bagged a third goal in the 63rd minute when substitute Jadon Sancho played a neat one-two with Fernandes before firing home.
Ten Hag had one eye on Thursday's UEFA Europa League clash and decided to take off Shaw and Rashford with 20 minutes to go, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Anthony Elanga brought on.
The hosts should have had a fourth goal with two minutes to go when Sancho turned provider to play in Wout Weghorst, who was denied by Ward in a one-on-one situation as three goals were enough to get the job done on the day.
