Thomas Muller appeared to fire some shots at Lionel Messi by comparing the Argentine to Cristiano Ronaldo following Bayern Munich's victory over Paris Saint-Germain.
On Wednesday night, the Bavarians secured a 2-0 win over Paris Saint-Germain with goals from Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting and Serge Gnabry to secure their passage to the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals with a 3-0 aggregate win over the French giants.

This result ensured that Messi's eight-year wait for another UCL winner's medal continues – the last time the seven-time Ballon d'Or winner was victorious in this competition was in the 2014/15 season with Luis Suarez and Neymar alongside him at FC Barcelona.
Delighted following Bayern's latest win in the tournament, Muller seemingly had a dig at Messi when he was asked about his successful record against the Argentine, bringing up his long-time rival Ronaldo in the process.
"Against Messi, things always go well at all levels in terms of results," he told Kicker journalist Georg Holzner.
"At club level, Cristiano Ronaldo was our problem when he was at Real Madrid.
"But I have the greatest respect for Messi's World Cup performance.
"Messi's individual performance at the World Cup was amazing. He carried the whole squad.
"It's not so easy to play at a team like PSG.
