FC Barcelona star Frenkie de Jong has sent a clear transfer message to Erik ten Hag amid reports that Manchester United have reignited their interest in the player.
Ahead of the 2022/23 campaign, the Red Devils spent a large part of the off-season transfer window targeting the Dutch midfielder.

Despite United making a bid for the player, the 25-year-old was determined to not leave the Spanish club, with reports at the time suggesting De Jong would only leave Barca if they were willing to pay him the deferred wages he is owed in full.
It was also later claimed the midfielder would prefer a move to Chelsea over the Red Devils.
With Ten Hag said to be intent to once again try to sign the Netherlands star in the next transfer window, De Jong was recently asked about his future in Spain, and it appears his stance has not changed.
"I am very happy and I want to continue for many years at Barca," the player answered, per the Daily Mirror.
"I have always dreamed of playing for Barca and I want to succeed at Barca.
"I am very happy, comfortable, participating more in the game.
"[Last summer] I was fine, calm because I knew I wanted to continue at Barca and I haven't changed my mind.
"With [Xavi], I have to continue and improve because each player has room to do so.
