Manchester City star Erling Haaland broke a legendary Ruud van Nistlerooy record in UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night following his incredible five-goal haul.
The Norwegian scored five goals in a 7-0 victory over RB Leipzig to help send City into the quarter-finals of the UCL courtesy of an aggregate 8-1 win.
This five-goal haul took the forward's tally to 39 goals in all competitions this season so far.
Haaland has also now broken a longstanding record after he became the fastest player to reach 30 UCL goals, achieving this feat in only 25 games, a record previously held by Van Nistelrooy.

During a post match interview, Haaland was asked about how he was feeling when Guardiola took him off when he was so close to a double hat-trick.
"I told him [Pep] when I went off I would love to score a double hat trick," he said.
"But what can we do? I have to go off."
