Bafana Bafana head coach Hugo Broos has issued a plea to South Africans ahead of Friday's crucial African Cup of Nations qualifier against minnows Liberia.
The Bafana squad has started preparations to take on Liberia at FNB Stadium in the first-round tie of a Group K fixture before the two teams meet just four days later in West Africa for a return clash.
After losing the first qualifier clash to Morocco in June last year, Bafana will have to either win or at least avoid defeat against The Lone Stars to stand a reasonable chance of qualifying for the continental showpiece to played in Ivory Coast next year.

Ahead of Friday's highly anticipated fixture, Broos has issued a plea to South Africans.
"People have to know that we need them," the Belgian coach said.
"You need support as a football player, You need support in difficult moments in the game. So I hope, I hope for this important game that we will have more supporters than in the past, [I hope] they will support us because we need it."
Mamelodi Sundowns shot stopper and Bafana captain Ronwen Williams also echoed Broos' sentiments.
"If I can take the opportunity to urge supporters to come out to the game. We need you. We need you now more than ever. Obviously, we are in this together. If they [supporters] can play their part we will play our part on the field as well," Williams told journalists.
"They need to be that extra man that we've lacked over the last few years and just get the spirit going, especially for Bafana, especially for our country. There's so many negatives going around, so come out in numbers, get behind the boys and hopefully, we can do you guys proud."
The clash will be played at the Orlando Stadium in Soweto. The match kick-off is at 18:00.
