OFFICIAL: Ronaldo makes final decision on future

Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo has made a final decision on his future at Al-Nassr after the Saudi Pro League season concluded this week.

The 38-year-old made the switch to Al-Nassr on a free transfer in January after infamous departure from Manchester United just before the FIFA World Cup in November.

There has been speculation surrounding Ronaldo's future in Saudi Arabia, but the five-time Ballon d'Or winner has confirmed he will be with Al-Nassr next season.

"I am happy here, I want to continue here, I will continue here," Ronaldo said, according to Daily Mail.

"And in my opinion if they continue to do the work that they want to do here, for the next five years, I think the Saudi league can be a top five league in the world.

"I will be part of your world, your culture, I will be here, I hope I make the people enjoy through my games, my performance, and to win things, but again, thank you for welcoming me, and I will try to give my best during the time that I will be here."

The former Real Madrid and Red Devils star netted 14 goals in 16 games as Al-Nassr were pipped to the Saudi Pro League title by Al-Ittihad.
