Cape Town City chairperson John Comitis has for the first time revealed the price tag set for DStv Premiership top goalscorer Khanyisa Mayo.
Mayo has recently been strongly linked with a lucrative move to Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs, while also being linked to defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns.

However, in a twist to the ongoing transfer saga, the Bafana Bafana international committed his future to the Citizens by signing a new 3-year contract.
"The player is very focused, as to what he wants to achieve and he wants to end up in Europe," Comitis tells KickOff.
"He knows he can get 15 goals plus, if he is really focused. It seems now that he has found his rhythm.
"I think with that, he will be able to play anywhere in Europe.
"We also persevered to try and get him to Europe.
"Sometimes, it's not about who gives you the biggest offer, sometimes you have to make a right decision for the player and the club.
"We have to show players we can get them to the biggest clubs in Europe.
"We know what the value of the player is, this player for us in Europe would be worth 2 million dollars (over R38 million).
"He's worth a lot, and that's normal for a player like him.
"First of all, the offer will have to be right, the second thing is, also we should believe we could do without him.
"It's important for our club to stay in the hunting pack of four clubs from the beginning of the season.
"This season was the first time you saw all those brands at the top of the table all together. We want to believe we are one of them."
The 24-year-old attacker finished as the league's top scorer with an impressive 12 league goals in 27 appearances.
