Chippa United have identified their next former Orlando Pirates target in Augustine Mulenga as they sharpen for the new season.
Mulenga spent the past four years playing in the PSL having started out with Orlando Pirates in January 2018 after joining from ZANACO.

At Pirates, the Zambian's work rate was admirable playing across the frontline even though he was thin on goals with eight in 58 appearances.
Next up was a move to AmaZulu ion October 2020 where he again scored eight in 50 appearances before packing up to head back home to join NAPSA Stars late last year on a short term deal after overcoming injury niggles.
At NAPSA Stars, Mulenga played under former Orlando Pirates midfielder Perry Mutapa and his assist game was top-notch after coming out with the best assist numbers at the club.
Now back to his fitness proper, Mulenga has a move to Chippa United following progressive talks in the last couple of weeks.
This website has been informed that negotiations are promising with the 33-year-old set to provide attacking options for Chippa in then new season.

Mulenga moved back to Zambia with the intention of then returning to the DStv Premiership.
On Tuesday, Chippa United confirmed the addition of Craig Martin from Orlando Pirates.
Martin joins Chippa after spending only six months at Pirates who he joined from Cape Town City.
