Rumours of talks between Kaizer Chiefs and former Al Ahly midfielder Luís Miquissone have been shut down by the player's representatives.
The Mozambican international's exit from Egyptian champions Al Ahly was confirmed on Tuesday.

Although Amakhosi are believed to still be in the market for more additions to the six players unveiled already by the club, Thato Matuka of Brand Arc Sports has shut down social media talk of Miquissone heading to Naturena.
"This is not true, there are no talks with Chiefs regarding Luis. My proximity to the coach doesn't guarantee anyone favour. Just wait for the right time, we will make pronouncements on Luis' future," Matuka wrote on twitter.

The 27-year-old is no stranger to South African football, having featured for Mamelodi Sundowns in 2018 and had loan spells with Chippa United and Royal Eagles before joining Simba.
However, the attacking midfielder is understood to have returned to Simba, as reported by KickOff.

Amakhosi will then meet Botswana outfit Township Rollers on Saturday, 29 July at National Stadium, in Gaborone.
The Glamour Boys kick-off their DStv Premiership 23/24 campaign with a clash against Chippa United on Sunday 6 August at FNB Stadium.
