The north Londoners are seemingly looking to end Manchester City's recent domestic dominance by adding as much quality as possible to their squad in this window, and are said to have identified the Georgian as their newest transfer target.
Arsenal are believed to have a great relationship with Napoli's new sporting director Mauro Meluso, who recently arrived in Naples from Spezia, from where he sold Polish defender Jakob Kiwior to the English giants last season.
It is claimed that manager Mikel Arteta and sporting director Edu Gaspar are hoping to leverage their close ties with Meluso in order to sign the highly rated 22-year-old.
Kvaratskhelia was an integral part of Napoli's Serie A title triumph last season, contributing with 12 goals and 13 assists.
With striker Victor Osimhen rumoured to be staying at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona for the upcoming season, there is hope that the most recent Premier League runners-up can successfully negotiate a deal for the Georgia talisman.

It is reported that a fee of €100 million could be enough to seal a deal for the Gli Azzurri attacker, but given that Arsenal have already spent big in the current window – they signed Declan Rice from West Ham United for more than €100 million alone – they will likely need to secure more outgoings before initiating a formal approach for the Napoli winger.
