Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has explained why he has no problem with manager Pep Guardiola shouting at him.
Guardiola has been known to be a bit flamboyant on the field with his players, which was evident when he confronted Haaland at halftime during their opening game of the Premier League season against Burnley.
The Norwegian striker won the 2022/2023 UEFA Men's Player of the Year award, beating out competition from Kevin de Bruyne and Lionel Messi.

Haaland revealed at the UEFA awards ceremony that he likes it when Guardiola gets angry with him but was undecided about who is scarier between his coach or father.
"Good question, sometimes Pep is a bit scary, I have to say. But my father can also be a bit scary," Haaland said, as per Goal.
"But anyways this is something I like, I like it when Pep shouts at me because he tries to get something in my brain that he doesn't think I have.
"So I like it, I'm not complaining at all, he just wants to make me a better footballer so I'm not complaining at all."
"My father and me, we argue a lot, we have a lot of good moments together, so I'm not complaining at all either."
