Kaizer Chiefs were supposed to be awarded at least two more penalties in their MTN8 semi-final clash against Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday, according to renowned former referee Ace Ncobo.
Amakhosi bowed out of the MTN8 in controversial fashion as Sundowns' Peter Shalulile scored within the opening 10 seconds, benefiting through a mistake from Chiefs goalkeeper Brandon Petersen.

Amakhosi fans made shouts of a penalty when Thapelo Maseko appeared to have fouled Mduduzi Mdantsane in the penalty box during added time. However, match official Luxolo Badi saw no infringement.
Analyzing the match on SuperSport's ExtraTime on Monday, retired referee and PSL general manager, Ace Ncobo insists Sundowns' first goal should not have stood and that Chiefs deserved at least two more penalties.
"Number one: at kick off, the ball must be stationary. Number two: both sets of players must be in their respective halves. Number three: the players of the team that's not taking the kick must be outside the centre circle," Ncobo said.
"He (Shalulile) is inside centre circle (as Chiefs kick-off), which means he is not suppose to be inside. He is infringing the laws of the game. He is suppose to be called back. The law is the law, you must be outside (the centre-circle)."

On Castillo being held pulled away from making a header by Teboho Mokoena, Ncobo said:
"Holding an opponent is an infringement, if you hold an opponent in your own penalty area, than the referee must blow the whistle and award a penalty against you.
"He (Mokoena) is actually holding his (Castillo) left arm and pulling him away from being able to head that ball. That's a clear penalty. Yes, sometimes things happen very fast but when you have a referee with a clear view like that, you expect it to be given."
On penalty shouts against Maseko, Ncobo also ruled that Mdantsane was fouled.
"The defender (Maseko) touches the ball, he loses control. Who is now in a better position to take control of the ball? That's not a 50/50 ball.
"He [Mdantsane] is in front, he is in possession of the ball and he steps into that space to claim possession of the ball which he already as, and when he is in possession of the ball, the kick comes in [from Maseko] and that's the moment the referee should have decided that this is a foul on the attacker who is in possession of the ball."
Sundowns will not meet Orlando Pirates in the final of the MTN8 to be played at Moses Mabhida Stadium on 7 October.
Meanwhile, Chiefs are set for a DStv Premiership encounter against Sekhukhune United on Wednesday, at Moses Mabhida Stadium.
