One spot now remains to be filled for the 2023/24 CAF Champions League group stage, with the likes of Al Ahly, Wydad Athletic Club and Mamelodi Sundowns all having already booked their place in the continental contest.
Reigning competition champions Al Ahly were the first to finalise their place as an emphatic 4-0 win over Ethiopian outfit Saint George SA confirmed that the Red Devils would be participating in their ninth successive CAFCL group stage.

Ahly's domestic rivals Pyramids FC also secured qualification to the next round in resounding fashion after they beat Rwandan side APR FC Kigali 6-1 to book their first-ever appearance in the tournament's group stage.
Competition regulars Esperance de Tunis and Wydad have also sealed their spots, with a first-leg victory being enough for the Tunisians to secure their passage, while last season's finalists beat Guinea's Haifa 3-0 in the second leg to make it through.
The team the Red Castle beat in the semi-finals last time around, Mamelodi Sundowns, have also progressed following their 6-0 aggregate win over Burundian club Bumamuru.
FAR Rabat head coach Nasreddine Nabi, who was linked with the Kaizer Chiefs job during the off-season, failed to get to Champions League group stage with the Moroccan champions after they were defeated by Etoile du Sahel 2-1 on Saturday.
Ivory Coast giants ASEC Mimosas also return to the continent's biggest club football stage after a Karidioula brace ensured a 2-1 win over Al Ahli, while Florent Ibenge's Al-Hilal won by the same scoreline to make it to their fourth consecutive group stage showing.
