Chippa have also played entertaining football under Mammila with suggestions that the addition of Vusumuzi Vilakazi to the club's technical team could mean trouble failing to gain ground.
"I'm knowledgeable whether people like it or not," declares Mammila who is never shy to speak his mind.
"And it has been proven that I'm knowledgeable.
"Also, I'm from Limpopo and when you are from Limpopo people tend to doubt you.
"If you check I'm the only PSL coach from Limpopo.
"There is no other PSL coach from Limpopo while other provinces have two to three coaches, so I must fight for my province.
"It gives me courage that I'm the only one from Limpopo.
"This season, my job is to do well and leave Chippa in a CAF competition position which is top four.
"My players are saying I can do it.

"The pudding is there for everyone to see because we have started well and all I'm asking from my players is to be consistent.
"Once we have that consistency and belief in us then…I think we have made it clear that we will not be an easy team to play against this season and we want to carry on like that until match number 30.
"It is in cup games like this (Carling Black Label KnockOut) that we will need to show that we mean business.
"We are not going to change how we play.
"We are not going to change the effort that we are giving.
"What you see is what you get with us," he says while also raising his fist in aiming for silverware.

"It (cup competitions) is the quickest way to silverware.
"The coach of Pirates (Jose Riveiro) is known because he came in here and won trophies.
"I'm also new here so this is also an opportunity for me to have a go and it will be a bonus to win this cup.
"People need to start recognising me because I was known as the man who can't coach but everyone can now see why I persisted to coach," says Mammila.
