Liverpool have reportedly reached an agreement with one of Europe's top forwards to replace Mohamed Salah next season.
Salah has been heavily linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League next year after the club rejected a bid from Al-Ittihad in the recent transfer window.
Various reports claim that Liverpool have been keeping tabs on Victor Osimhen's situation at Napoli with the view of adding him to their attack in 2024.

The Nigerian striker had reportedly agreed a deal in principle to extend with Napoli, but the interest from Liverpool may have changed his mind.
According to Italian journalist Valter de Maggio, there has been contact between Liverpool and Osimhen's representatives with agreements already reached.
"The parties [Napoli and Osimhen] had reached an agreement for the renewal, but then Calenda and Osimhen went back on their word. What happened? There was the inclusion of another club, from the Premier League. I'm talking about Liverpool," Di Maggio told Football365.
"There would be frequent contacts, but I just learned something else: there would be agreements already reached. Let me clarify: the agreements would be between the Reds and the player, therefore they would not involve Napoli. I hope Laurentiis will be able to keep Victor Osimhen at least until June, but we can't be sure."
Meanwhile, Napoli director Mauro Meluso has revealed the club will meet the Super Eagles striker to discuss his future.
"There will be a meeting between the President and Osimhen's entourage over the next few weeks. It is part of the game and a little time is needed to think about it," Meluso told DAZN.
