FC Copenhagen 4-3 Manchester United
Manchester United's struggles in the UEFA Champions League continued following a 4-3 loss to FC Copenhagen on Wednesday night.
Three minutes was all it took the Red Devils to go head as Scott McTominay played out wide and crossed for Rasmus Hojlund to tap in.
Hojlund haunted his former side again when he latched onto a loose ball and thumped in to complete his brace and bag his fifth goal of the tournament.
Erik Ten Hag's men were reduced to ten players just before halftime after Rashford was shown a straight red for foul on Elias Jelert following a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) review.
Copenhagen urged on and pulled one back in stoppage time when Mohamed Elyounoussi volleyed in from close-range.
The host got a penalty in the lengthy added time as Harry Maguire handled in the box and Diogo Goncalves stepped up to level.
United regained the lead late on through a stunning finish from captain Bruno Fernandes, but a defensive mix-up saw Lukas Lerager pounce to bring the host level again.
However, Roony Bardghji wrote his name in the headlines when he volleyed in at the back-post and left the Red Devils shattered.
Bayern Munich 2-1 Galatasaray
England captain Harry Kane netted twice in the last ten minutes to guide Bayern Munich to a 2-1 win over over Galatasaray and a spot in the last 16.
Kane picked out Bayern's eleven, with Joshua Kimmich back in for Konrad Lainer after he missed the 4-0 win over Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.
As it remained goalless throughout the match, Kane struck the opener with ten minutes to go when he finished off Joshua Kimmich's assist and bagged a brace minutes later from a Mathys Tel's ball.
Galatasaray got a consolation in the dying minutes when Cedric Bakambu feed off Sergio Oliveira's ball in behind and volleyed past Manuel Neuer, but it was too little too late.
Real Madrid 3-0 SC Braga
Real Madrid entered the knockout stages of the Champions League with a 3-0 victory over SC Braga.
A number of changes by Real saw Ferland Mendy, Toni Kroos, Brahim Diaz, Lucas Vazquez and Rodrygo brought in from the goalless draw with Rayo Vallecano on Saturday.
Vazquez caused an early scare when he upended Crisitan Borja to concede a penalty, but Alvaro Djalo failed to capitalise and left the score goalless.
Madrid did take the lead following the nervous opening as Rodrygo pulled out on the byline and cutback for Diaz to volley in.
Los Blancos didn't let up the momentum after halftime and left Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo struck within the space of minutes to get them the win and qualification to the knockout stages.
Red Bull Salzburg 0-1 Inter Milan
Inter Milan qualified for the knockout stages from Group D with a gutsy 1-0 win over Red Bull Salzburg.
The Serie A leaders started captain Lautaro Martinez on the bench, Nicolo Barella and Federico Dimarco, with Alexis Sanchez, Yann Bisseck, Carlos Augusto given a start.
Both teams laboured for much of the match until Martinez and Barella came off the bench and combined to see Inter over the line as Martinez fired in from the spot.
Arsenal 2-0 Sevilla
Arsenal took one step towards the knockout stages of the competition courtesy of a comfortable 2-0 win against Eredivisie giants PSV Eindhoven in Group B.
There were just one change from the Gunners on the back of the weekend loss to Newcastle United where Leandro Trossard filled in for the injured Eddie Nketiah.
Trossard came good for the Premier League outfit before the half-hour mark when he combined with a delivery from Bukayo Saka and tapped in.
The latter returned the favour for the host in the second period as he managed to pick up Gabriel Martinelli's through ball to beat Marko Dmitrovic and evidently helped his side secure the maximum points.
PSV Eindhoven 1-0 RC Lens
In the other action in Group B, PSV Eindhoven got their first win after seeing off a ten-men RC Lens 1-0 to leave the race towards knockout qualification wide open.
Former FC Barcelona striker Luuk de Jong got the host in front in the 12th minute as he connected with Johan Bakayoko's pin-point cross to head in superbly.
Lens were unable to pull a response and in fact had Morgan Guilavogui dismissed after he committed a second bookable offence in the added time, as the contest concluded.
Napoli 1-1 Union Berlin
Napoli remain in contention for a last 16 spot despite drawing 1-1 with Union Berlin on Wednesday evening.
Matteo Politano opened the scoring for the Serie A champions on 39 minutes, before David Fofana levelled matters for the Bundesliga side.
It was Berlin's first-ever point in the Champions League, which also ended a 12-game losing run in all competitions.
Real Sociedad booked their spot in the last 16 with a 3-1 win over Benfica.
First-half goals from Mikel Merino, Mikel Oyarzabal and Barrenetxea guided the Basque side to victory.
Benfica, meanwhile, sit bottom of the group with four losses from four matches.
