Former Kaizer Chiefs and Cape Town Spurs coach Sergio dos Santos says Bafana Bafana would be fooling themselves by thinking they can win the 2023 Africa Cup Of Nations.
The Hugo Broos-coached squad is currently in Ivory Coast competing in Africa's biggest football tournament.

Bafana already tasted defeat, following their 2-0 loss to Mali in their Group E opener, and secured a 4-0 victory over Namibia.
"The squad lacks quality in certain areas of the field," Santos tells KickOff.
"Upfront without Lyle Foster, we lack a little bit of power. That's going to be our biggest problem. You saw that against Mali, if we had scored that penalty everything was going to change. It's amazing to see what pressure can do, Tau is the most experienced player on the entire squad and he couldn't score a penalty.
"We don't have enough quality, if you look at Mali, Tunisia, Morocco, Senegal, they all play with relaxation. And it was the same with our 1996 Bafana Bafana team, we had a fantastic team we knew could do anything at any minute," the former striker added.

"But at the moment we can't say that anymore, we are struggling at the moment, the defence is not 100%, the midfield is lacking, upfront we lack a proper striker. We've got to be realistic and say, if we go through to the knockout stages we would have done very, very well.
"The last thing on one's mind is to say we got a chance to win it. If we say that, we are fooling ourselves. One thing is for sure, if you lose your first match, you going to be under pressure.
"If you look at the four teams in our group, Mali is one of the four teams that's going to challenge to get out of the group for sure. So by winning, they have already put us under pressure. There are no ifs and buts, but Tunisia is not going to be easy for us."
