President Cyril Ramapohsa has made a bold admission about Bafana Bafana as they prepare to take on Morocco at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The President has sent his well wishes to South Africa who face the Atlas Lions in a crunch Round of 16 encounter, with some South Africans worried about missing the game due to load-shedding.

"Bafana Bafana is playing tonight, and they're going to win without any doubt, isn't it" he said per SABC News.
"I'd like you to send them a good luck message from me and tell them that I expect them to win."
"The whole nation is behind them. We want them to play their hearts out, and make sure that they win today and once they win tonight, it basically means that they will be able to bring the cup home. So, good luck to the boys," he added.
While the head of the country displayed considerable enthusiasm toward the side's chances of winning the competition, supporters expressed heartbreak at the prospect of not being able to watch their nation in action because of load-shedding.
"Ramaphosa wishing Bafana well and yet we won't be able to watch the match because we have load-shedding at 10pm. When it was the Springbosk playing we didn't have load-shedding @Eskom_SA @CyrilRamaphosa," wrote @iamSongzJ on X (formerly known as Twitter).
"Let him declare no load-shedding like he did on rugby," urged @topo_matlhape.
"Can't Ramaphosa suspend load shedding tonight just for Bafana Bafana? Like he did for the Bokke Bathong. How are we going to watch the game?" asks @Queen_Pardo.
Will you be able to watch the game and what do you think of Bafana's chances against Morocco?
