Sundowns forward evolves into hot-shot businessman

A Mamelodi Sundowns star certainly looked the part as he made a considerable business move. 

Forward Abubeker Nasir joined the Brazilians in February 2022 from Ethiopian Coffee S.C, and his move to South Africa has seemingly allowed his career to reach new heights after becoming the brand ambassador of Yoyo Diapers.

Being a professional footballer is a temporary career path because no regardless of how passionate and hungry a player may be, every career must come to an end at some point. 

With that being said, it becomes essential for players to secure their futures for when they decide to eventually hang up their boots. In that sense, Nasir is not only looking out for himself for after his career, but the moves he's making suggest that he's taking those steps right now. 

The newly-appointed brand ambassador for Yoyo Diapers is just 24 years of age and has already found something to supplement the salary he is earning as a professional footballer. 

It is often advised that you should establish your "niche" before  diving into a business project and with the player being a single father, as he confirmed in a social media post, being an ambassador for a company that supplies nappies just seems like the ideal fit. 

"I am very happy to announce that I am part of this great company as a brand ambassador for Linfei Wang," the attacker wrote on Instagram. 

"As a single father, making sure the overall situation of my family is my priority. Anti-bacterial IPAS soap has been a gear changer in hygiene.

"Besides, I can heal my body with Ipas soap, a football player and athlete who is tired from sweating and exercising."
