Cape Town Spurs coach Ernst Middendorp claims his side played better after conceding the opening goal against Orlando Pirates.
The Urban Warriors continued their unbeaten start since the league resumed despite remaining bottom of the table and have now taken four points off the Buccaneers this season.
Middendorp believes the team were full value for the point on the day, taking their tally seven points from nine.

"A fully deserved point for us, at some point I thought we should've done better. Ironically, we started playing better with our potential when we were 0-1 down, of course 20-25 minutes you get the waves, the pressure, you get the movement from the guys, we didn't do everything right," Middendorp told SuperSport TV.
"We corrected it a little bit in the game, I think fully deserved, fully deserved coming back into the game with the one point for us. It's fantastic," he continued.
The Germans credits the young team who he says are able to transfer ideas into the game with little fuss and know when to apply certain moments.
"It's very difficult because it's a very young team, management. You want to expect it from 21-22 but they do it, they listen to it.
"They transfer ideas into the game not jumping out open spaces particularly centrally, they wait for the right moments and I think even in the first half we had in the second half also and that's what it is about soccer," Middendorp said.
"It's really about doing the right stuff in the right moment with the right timing and this team chemistry, the social competence in the team is good.
"We now have in three games our points where we looking for to put the light on in the basement and I said before the game and I will repeat it, it's our job on the technical team side not to allow going into a comfort zone.
"If you are going into a comfort zone, you lose potential and your potential we need everything to be 100%," added the former Kaizer Chiefs coach.
With matters tense in the final exchanges, Middendorp agreed that they were the better team and the experience of the likes of Surprise Ralani came through for them.
