BREAKING: Arrows confirm Komphela arrival

Lamontville Golden Arrows have confirmed the arrival of experienced coach Steve Komphela as Abafana Bes'thende look to end a horrible run of 11 straight defeats.

KickOff broke the story in February that the soft-spoken mentor was edging towards rejoining the Durban-based outfit following his exit from Moroka Swallows.

In a short video clip uploaded by Arrows across their social media platforms on Thursday, the club unveiled Komphela, who headed the day's training session.

The former Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns coach will be tasked with arresting the club's disastrous slide that has seen them slip down to 10th spot on the DStv Premiership standings with 11 consecutive defeats.
