Still only 19, Sifumba has 13 appearances to his name in the first team at City.

He made his first-team debut against Orlando Pirates a year ago.

This website has been informed that Sifumba's handlers, who are based in Portugal, are deep into the process of getting him to Europe in the next transfer.

His destination has been lined up as Poland.

The Polish club and Sifumba's handlers have already contacted his father and City.
