According to Reuters, the new coach had been invited for a 'Working session' by the federation's president to begin preparations for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
The report adds that several of Brys' staff were refused entry into the FECAFOOT federation building in Yaoundé. The support staff were also appointed by the sports ministry.
This is not the first time Eto'o has clash with a member of the team after reports claimed he had a bust-up with former National Union of Footballers, Cameroon Geremi Njitap during the Africa Cup of Nations earlier this year.
The Indomitable Lions will be in action next month when they take on Cape Verde Islands and Angola, having started the qualifying campaign with a win and a draw in November last year.
