How former Brazil star Robinho is coping in prison has now been revealed, with the ex-Real Madrid star seemingly pursuing a new career while behind bars.
The disgraced footballer is serving nine years in a Brazilian prison for the gang rape of an Albanian woman, along with five other men, at a Milan nightclub in Italy back in 2013.

He was found guilty in 2017 by an Italian court, but the ex-AC Milan and Manchester City forward had by then moved back to his native country, where he could not be extradited by authorities due to the statute of limitations in Italy.
In 2023, however, Italian prosecutors asked for Robinho to serve his jail time in Brazil, and in March this year, the retired winger was put behind bars.
With a few months having passed since the 40-year-old was imprisoned, his lawyer Mario Rosso Vale has stated that the ex-Selecao star has been a model inmate since beginning jail time a few months ago.

"Robinho is keeping his head down and quietly getting on with it... he is being an exemplary inmate and has had no issues with other prisoners," Vale told The Sun.
"They even gave him some football boots, once he was integrated, to join in the games during recreation time."
Vale also revealed that the Santos academy graduate has enrolled for an electronics course in prison to gain new skills in preparation for his future release.
"He is keeping himself occupied. He has signed up for a basic electronics course, learning how to repair TVs and radios," the lawyer continued.
"He has to do 600 hours of remote learning to qualify in this area."
With the course provided by the Brazilian Universal Institute, Vale added: "It's hard to say whether he's enjoying it or not, but it's helping to pass the time."
