Kaizer Chiefs and Bafana Bafana defender Given Msimango has spoken for the first time on his call-up to the national team, as South Africa prepare to take on Zimbabwe in a World Cup qualifier.
Among the 23 players that travelled to Nigeria and returned with a point, and now are set to take on Zimbabwe, Msimango is the sole player from Amakhosi.

The 27-year-old was called up as a replacement for Mamelodi Sundowns centre-back Grant Kekana, who could not recover from an injury in time for national duty.
Speaking at the pre-match press conference ahead of the clash against the Warriors, Msimango opened on his first call-up to a final Bafana squad.
"Yes, I was very very excited, to be honest," he revealed.
"When I was called up, I was on vacation with my wife and yes, I got the news that I needed to report for camp, [that] there has been an injury to Grant.
"I was very happy, it did not matter the circumstances of the call-up, to be honest. For me, it was just about being part of the group, learning, to grow. It's part of the experience and the journey that I've been through.
"I was more than happy to drop everything and come represent my country."
