One of Africa's biggest teams has now confirmed a decision taken by FIFA regarding their dispute with former Kaizer Chiefs star Lazarous Kambole.
Following his departure from Amakhosi in July 2022, Kambole joined Tanzanian giants Young Africans on a free transfer.

This would later turn out to be an ill-fated move as the Zambian star would last just six months at Yanga before being loaned out to ZESCO United, who would also take him on loan for the whole of the 2023/24 season.
Things between the 30-year-old and Yanga soured, however, with the player filing a case with FIFA over unpaid wages, resulting in an indefinite transfer ban on the club.
It has now been confirmed, though, that the transfer ban on Yanga has been lifted after they paid Kambole what was due to him.
A statement by the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) reads: "The International Football Federation (FIFA) has removed Young Africans from being banned from registering players after completing the payment of their former player Lazarous Kambole.
"Initially, the Zambian player filed a case at FIFA against the NBC Premier League club for failing to pay him his salary.
"Kambole won the case, and Young Africans was required to pay him within 45 days since the FIFA decision was issued, but it did not implement the decision and it was closed to register.
"After completing the payment, the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) has also opened the door for Young Africans to make internal transfers of players."

The TFF's communication officer Clifford Ndimbo urged clubs to comply with FIFA regulations when it comes to the termination of player contracts to avoid sanctions.
He told The Citizen Tanzania: "Yanga are now free to recruit players for the next Tanzania Mainland Premier League Season. They have complied with the rules and regulations.
"... We (the TFF) receive orders from FIFA regarding clubs that are banned from recruiting players. As an affiliate body, we follow the orders and take appropriate actions, such as banning the respective club from registering players."
