With Benni McCarthy having officially left Manchester United, here's a look at the big impression he left at Old Trafford.
The story
It was confirmed on Thursday that McCarthy has parted ways with United after two seasons at the club as the strikers' coach. The South African was roped in by head coach Erik ten Hag at the start of his tenure and he has since won two trophies at the club, including a FA Cup and Carabao Cup.
During his successful two years at the Theatre of Dreams though, McCarthy has received some positive reviews throughout his time at the club.

Ten Hag, March 2023:
Reflecting on the positive impact McCarthy had on Marcus Rashford back in March 2023, Ten Hag told the Manchester Evening News: "I thought we needed one on the staff who is specific and responsible for strikers, Benni is doing a good job. I think the staff has a good balance and we do it together, it's not only about Benni McCarthy, all have specific jobs in our staff. There's a good vibe, they challenge each other, it's a total package, and it's not about one person."
Marcus Rashford, March 2023:
