SuperSport United have confirmed the arrival of Bafana Bafana defender Nyiko Mobbie, who never really got his opportunity at Mamelodi Sundowns, instead being sent out on loan for several successive seasons.
Matsatsantsa confirmed through their social media platforms on Thursday that the club had secured the services of Sundowns right-back Mobbie on a permanent transfer.

Mobbie joins as a replacement for former national U23 captain Keagan Johannes, who is set to complete a move in the opposite direction, from SuperSport to Sundowns.
Despite never getting his chance at the Chloorkop-based side since his arrival in 2019, Mobbie has made the most of his respective loan spells.
He made 26 appearances at Chippa United, 29 at Stellenbosch FC and 90 at Sekhukhune United, where he elevated to a key Bafana Bafana player.

Alongside Mobbie, SuperSport have also secured Ricardo Goss on a season-long loan from their neighbours, as revealed earlier today.
