Wydad Casablanca coach Rulani Mokwena has made a plea to the supporters after the team started the new season with a loss.
The Red Castle opened the new Botola Pro 1 campaign with a late 1-0 defeat to Maghreb de Fes on Friday evening.
Mokwena's charges dominated the possession but were unable to find the back of the net.

"I ask the fans to be patient after changing a large group of team members this summer," Mokwena said to the sports channel, as per Kooora.
"It's a painful feeling to lose in your first appearance with the team, but in truth we didn't deserve to lose.
"Wydad's future is bright, so I call on the fans to be patient. We apologize for the loss.
"I promise the Wydad Casablanca fans that we will not let them down. There is a lot of work inside Wydad, and I am not afraid to work under pressure.
"I am optimistic about Wydad's journey, and the team will have its say in the upcoming rounds."
