Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has sent a warning to both new signings Kylian Mbappe and Endrick.
Mbappe finally got his first goals in LaLiga at the fourth attempt after bagging a brace in the win over Real Betis last weekend.
Endrick, meanwhile, has been forced to endure a bench role as Ancelotti plays Mbappe in the number nine role.
While both players are yet to hit the heights, Ancelotti was warned his signings about the standards at Los Blancos.
"Real Madrid have very high standards because it's the biggest club in the world," the Italian said at a conference, as per 90min.
"It has the greatest players. You have to be able to bring their quality to the service of the club. That's what we try to do every year. This year, the new players like Kylian and Endrick are adapting very well. We're going to have a great season competing in all competitions.
"Winning is very complicated, but our duty is to compete in every game as always at this club. Never give up and compete until the end. That's what you have to do when you put on that shirt."
The 65-year-old tactician is under contract with Los Blancos until the end of the 2025/26 season, but has no plans to retire right now.
"I still get nervous before a game, I feel pressure, and as long as that doesn't change, I will continue here", as per quotes from Relevo.
"I will retire when the fire I have for football is gone."
