The 42-year-old, who scored a total of 149 goals for club and country over the course of his career before hanging up his boots in 2018, recently said that Ronaldo's only objective is to score goals, and that he does not know how to play otherwise.
He alluded to the Portuguese attacker not being able to link up with the rest of his teammates, comparing him to other renowned strikers who did this well.
The former Manchester United star's sister has since delivered a strong message aimed at the ex-Inter Milan forward.
"I don't know this poor man and I don't even care to know him," Aveiro said, per The Cult of Calcio.
"But I just want to tell him one thing: If Ronaldo doesn't know how to play and he scored 900 goals, imagine if he knew.
"They say he [Cassano] was a football player, but I think they're wrong.
"In reality, he was a ball boy."
Prior to Ronaldo leaving the Red Devils in 2022, the former Italy international also told Ronaldo that it was "time to retire", and revealed that while he has respect for the Portugal international, he does not like him as a player.
