After the defeat, Nabi also expressed disappointment at the result and with much criticism aimed at midfielder Samkelo Zwane, the coach directed a challenge to his more experienced players.
"The experienced players need to take responsibility. That's something that today didn't happen," he said.
"All those young players, they are looking up to those players with more experience, who have played these kinds of games more than 100 times. They are looking up to them."
Here is how the fans responded:
"Nabi and Chiefs fans are a match made in heaven they talk a lot they complement each other very well," says Peace Kagiso Peace.
"I guess from the past few games we have seen that no one really commands that Chiefs midfield. At the back, we are better because Miguel talks but you can see the pressure is from midfield because they don't talk. You can see the likes of bo Chabalala going deep in midfield to try fetch the ball then it's a challenge to run all the way to try and score. So Nabi can drill the midfield into a better unit, or find a strong talkative midfielder who can also talk and organize his guys," says Bognor Regis.
"Du Preez should have started ahead of Duba. It's great that he's putting his faith on these young players, but they cannot carry the team as of yet. One or two per match is enough, not to overload them," says Nestie Nest.
"Nabi should know that he's not here to make excuses and defend players. He's here to plot other teams weakness and prepare his team for wins. Otherwise we're not going to be kind to him," says Mamagase Michel Tjebane.
"He is right to protect that young player, because Sundowns have more quality players to dictate that midfield," says Timbo Jola.
"What do you expect him to do as a young man and a learner with those quality players? We must give him a break," suggests Webster Kunyeda.
"I also have a strong challenge for him and his technical team. I am warning them: You can't play a high line when your central defenders don't have speed. Secondly, stop playing without a proper defensive midfielder," writes Mdu Sergio Mzelemu.
"Chiefs must sign Bongani Zungu, otherwise they shall remain our daily bread for many years," says Mfoka KaSibekiwe.
"How can he tell a player what to do while he can't even speak English?" asks Farai Mungwari.
"The game was too big for the youngsters. There was no way Chiefs could have matched Sundowns' quality," says Emmanuel Manu Mafokwane.
