The Bafana Bafana medical team has confirmed that winger Mihlali Mayambela has been withdrawn from the latest national squad, with a Stellenbosch attacker called up as a replacement.
Head coach Hugo Broos confirmed to SAFA media on Monday that Mayambela had been withdrawn due to an injury.
"Unfortunately, [Mihlali] Mayambela will not join us in camp, and he will be replaced by Devin Titus from Stellenbosch FC," Broos said.

This will be third injury setback for Broos and Bafana, having already lost Themba Zwane and Lyle Foster to injuries.
Titus has contributed three goals and two assists in 17 appearances for Stellies this season. The 24-year-old was one of the standout performers in the league last season, registering 12 goals and four assists across all competitions.
Titus is expected to be at Dobsonville Stadium in Soweto, where Bafana have set up camp before traveling later this week.
Broos and his troops are set to lock horns against Uganda on Friday at the Nelson Mandela National Stadium in Uganda, before hosting South Sudan at DHL Stadium in Cape Town on Tuesday, 19 November.

The two matches will be the last round of qualifiers for next year's Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) set to be staged in Morocco.
South Africa need three points to secure a spot in the continental showpiece, although Broos has insisted that his side will be gunning for all six from the two matches.
Friday's fixtures will kick off at 15:00 (SA time).
