After Pep Guardiola's Manchester City picked up just their second victory in ten Premier League games, the Spaniard has admitted that his side needs help.
The Spanish tactician stated that the Citizens need reinforcements in the January transfer window after conceding that his team have "no chance" of winning the title this season.

The 53-year-old celebrated his 500th game in charge of the Sky Blues with a hard-fought 2-0 victory over Leicester City on Sunday, marking only their second win in their last ten league outings.
While the win lifted City to fifth on the table, they remain a staggering 14 points behind league leaders Liverpool, a gap Guardiola acknowledged is insurmountable.
"We are far away from winning the Premier League," Guardiola told BBC's Match of the Day.
"We accept there's already no chance of that, but we have other things to fight for: the FA Cup, top four… and winning games helps."
Before beating Leicester, The Spaniard's side had managed just one victory in their previous 13 league matches, suffering nine defeats during that spell.
The relief was evident for Guardiola as the full-time whistle blew.
"Just relief, that is the word to express how all of us feel," he said. "We've done incredible things, and now we struggle to win games. So now it's just relief."
City's injury woes have played a significant role in their dip in form, and their manager believes fresh faces in January are essential to address the squad's shortcomings.
"In some positions, we need help," he said. "When we're all together, we're the team we were, but with important players out for weeks and months, it's so difficult."
The reigning champions have been without key players, including Ballon d'Or-winning midfielder Rodri, who is sidelined for the season with a knee injury.
